9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: AM Shoot Around at the Oval
- Fundamental Shooting Techniques and Precision Training
- Immersive Game-simulated Shooting Scenarios
9:45 AM - 10:15 AM: On-Ice Session Preparation
- Gear on and get ready for ice
10:15 AM - 11:15 AM: On-Ice Session
- Skating Drills and Warm-ups
- Overspeed With and Without Puck
- Transitions& speed
- Cre8 Puck Control and Scoring Training
11:15 AM - 12:00 PM: Post-Ice Session Cool Down & Lunch
- Luch to be brought by campers daily
- Begin English composition packet when finished with lunch
12:00 PM - 12:50 PM: Stickhandling Mastery
- Master Techniques and Skills with Personalized Small-group Drills
12:50 PM - 1:50 PM: Shooting Precision
- Fundamental Shooting Techniques.
- Push and Pull.
1:50 PM - 2:50 Hockey Theory Insight
- Classroom Session on Tactics, Strategy, and Game Analysis
- Interactive Discussions and Video Analysis
3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Dryland Adventures, Leadership & Games
- Team-building Games and Exciting Fitness Activities
- Leadership Training and Character Development
